Booking appointments online
We now offer the facility of booking your appointment and ordering repeat prescriptions online through patient access website : https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk. If you would like to register to access this service, please ask the receptionist to fill in the required form, the staff will help you with the process.
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses please call to cancel appointment or use patient access to cancel your appointment. By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot. We are now Live with mjog (text service). Patients will recieve a text to remind them of their appointment the day before. If they want to canel their appointment they will have to text back 'CANCEL'
Staff treating patients have the right to work free from any threat or fear of abuse or violence. The NHS nationally have agreed a Zero Tolerance Policy. If any patient is abusive or violent towards any member of staff or any other persons on the practice premises, the practice retains the right to have the patient removed from our list
